Maple Walnut Frozen Ice Dream • Ripe bananas • Pure maple syrup (to taste) • Walnuts (or pecans) coarsely chopped 1. Peel, quarter, and freeze several bananas on a cookie sheet. 2. Place 6-8 frozen banana pieces in a food processor with an “S” blade. 3. Drizzle maple syrup and process until creamy. 4. When serving, drizzle more maple syrup and sprinkle with nuts.
