Step 5: AromaTouch® Open your AromaTouch essential oil blend. Apply 3–5 drops of oil to the back. Evenly spread the oil with your finger tips from the base of the spine to the crown of the head until you have a nice even layer. Perform the Alternating Palm Slide three times on one side, then three times on the other. Perform the Five Zone Activation.
