on Track
Eat your vegetables and
try new ones. A salad is
everyone’s healthy go-to, but there’s so
much more than just salad.

Drink your water. Put in a citrus

Grapefruit to change it up.

Exercise even when it hurts.
Keep going because it’s only
going to hurt more when you quit.

you will be accountable to. You
can cheat yourself and it only
hurts you, but if you cheat someone
else it hurts their progress too.

Live life to your fullest.
Give yourself what you need to
do that. When you feel good
and you’re putting your life first,
everything else falls into place.

when you take care of yourself before
you help others.
