Simple Vegetable Ground Beef Dinner
Makes 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
2 large potatoes, diced
1 large onion, chopped
2 large zucchinis, diced
1 drop Lemon essential oil
(for one individual meal)
2 sweet potatoes, diced
2 medium-size carrots
1 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Heavy duty tin foil
Directions:
1. M
ix salt and pepper into raw meat. Divide meat into fourths and
put each portion on flat sheet of foil.
2. Pile desired amount of vegetables on each meal.
3. Season vegetables with salt and pepper and mix in essential oils.
4. Wrap each meal in tinfoil, making sure it is sealed.
5. P lace dinners close to or directly on hot coals.
6. C ook for approximately 40–60 minutes, flipping halfway through.

4 Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon or
1 drop Cinnamon essential oil

Directions:
1. M
ix apple slices with brown sugar and ground
cinnamon or Cinnamon essential oil in bowl.
2. Divide apple slices into equal portions on piece
of foil; double wrap.
3. Place in the coals of a campfire; cook 10–15
minutes, until softened.
