M  ix salt and pepper into raw meat. Divide meat into fourths and put each portion on flat sheet of foil. 2. Pile desired amount of vegetables on each meal. 3. Season vegetables with salt and pepper and mix in essential oils. 4. Wrap each meal in tinfoil, making sure it is sealed. 5. P lace dinners close to or directly on hot coals. 6. C ook for approximately 40–60 minutes, flipping halfway through.
