Chef Darin obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in hotel and restaurant management from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. He continued his culinary studies at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, graduating with honors. Chef Darin has appeared or been featured in many media outlets, including the Food Network, Martha Stewart Living Radio, HGTV, and the Disney Cruise Line.
