WAKE UP EARLIER
Being rushed in the morning can hinder your mood the rest of the day . Waking up earlier allows you to have extra time in the morning , so there ’ s no need to rush . If you have a hard time getting up early , try going to bed earlier . The average adult needs about seven to nine hours of sleep per night for proper cognitive function .
