Project Homeless Connect | Utah, USA People living on the street often have difficulty finding access to important health services. The Project Homeless Connect event is designed to address this problem by providing a one-stop shop for critical resources. Held annually at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, this event offers dental care, housing assistance, haircuts, eye exams, and feminine hygiene support. In partnership with the Utah Food Bank, the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation ® contributed 1,000 emergency hygiene kits to homeless individuals who attended this event. Rising Star Outreach | India The dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation ® has made a measurable impact in the lives of thousands through its support of Rising Star Outreach’s medical and MCR programs. In Tiruchirapalli, these medical and MCR programs helped provide critical medical support to 14 remote colonies in need of wound treatment, medicine, emergency care, and other health needs, totaling over 9,100 medical services in just the past three quarters. In the state of Bihar, the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation provided a year’s worth of medical supplies to the Little Flower Leprosy Hospital, which offers care to patients from 21 surrounding colonies. The dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation also provided necessary renovations to the wound care dressing room of the hospital, which is now used daily to help patients. For patients in states across India where Rising Star Outreach works, the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation has also given the gift of mobility in the past nine months by supporting the MCR Footwear and Protective Devices Unit with more than 474 handmade devices or footwear. Through these projects, thousands of lives have been touched, helped, and healed. 82 dōTERRA HEALING HANDS FOUNDATION I ANNUAL REPORT 2019 doterrahealinghands.org 83
