Gokulganga Hospital | Nepal
With the help of CHOICE Humanitarian, the dōTERRA Healing Hands
Foundation ® has moved forward on their plans to build a new Gokulganga
Hospital in the Ramechhap District, Nepal. This hospital will serve a population
of nearly 34,0000 people with essential health services.
Wellness Advocate Heather Bickel
Stevenson and her network of Wellness
Advocates in the San Diego area worked
with the dōTERRA Healing Hands
Foundation ® to provide humanitarian
aid to those in need. As of November
2019, 12,000 people awaited processing
at the Mexico–United States Border.
These individuals often lack access to
stable housing, basic hygiene, and
health services.
To support those in crisis, Heather and
others worked with the dōTERRA Healing
Hands Foundation to distribute 2,500
72-Hour Emergency Hygiene Kits and 100
MamaBaby Kits to shelters in both Tijuana
and San Diego. Heather also worked
with shelters in San Diego to provide
products such as dōTERRA On Guard ®
and dōTERRA Breathe ® .
Ouelessebougou Alliance | Mali
Maria Dalton, a Wellness Advocate from Utah, helped provide medical supplies to the
Ouelessebougou Alliance, a nonprofit organization in Mali, Africa. This alliance was formed
to address basic human needs for Malians.
The Ouelessebougou Alliance serves approximately 22,500 individuals each year. Through
the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation ® , Maria raised $16,620, which provided feminine
hygiene kits, school kits, shoes, clean water, newborn kits, and deworming medication to
those in need.
