Well Drink to That | Nepal In early 2019, the CHOICE Nepal team and municipal officials visited the Thaha Municipality, where the Majuwa drinking water project was launched. The team and officials met with beneficiaries to discuss forward movement on the construction of four new water tanks. The meeting resulted in the formation of a construction committee, which has since seen the completion of three of the four tanks funded by the dōTERRA Healing Hands Foundation ® this year. dōTERRA ® expeditioners will work alongside villagers in the spring of 2020 to complete the fourth water system construction project. They provided resources—along with emergency relief kits and Days for Girls Kits—which the group took with them on their June 2019 trip. The UVU group installed eight latrines and eight handwashing stations, as well as taught the importance of basic hygiene to the villagers.
