For over four decades, RE/MAX has been attracting entrepreneurs from around the globe and changing the real

From one new franchise to the other, 2018 was a significant growth period for RE/MAX Egypt’s network during
which 11 new franchise agreements were signed. Our steady growth and increase in numbers only goes to show

Also, joining our network are Mr. Amr El Gebeli and Mr.
Maged El Essily, Broker Owners of “RE/MAX RE-Advisor”. Mr.
El Gebeli graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Cairo
University, and holds an MBA from Bradford University, UK.
He has various years of experience in the manufacturing
and hotel supplying industries, and has more than 8 years
of experience in the real estate industry.
Mr. El Essily graduated from Modern Academy after
majoring in Accounting, he then received his Diploma in
Marketing from Cambridge University, UK. He has 12 years
of experience working in FMCGs and more than 8 years of
experience in the real estate industry. Together, they plan
to open their office in Sheikh Zayed by the beginning of
quarter one of 2019.

“RE/MAX Tatweer” joins the number one real estate brand
worldwide. Broker Owner Mr. Khaled El Mantawy decided to
join the RE/MAX brand and work with the world’s top
industry leaders and producers.
Mr. El Mantawy is the Owner of Tatweer Construction & Real
Estate and has more than 10 years of experience in the real
estate industry. He officially opened his office in 6th of
October during the beginning of quarter one of 2019.

RE/MAX expands further with “RE/MAX City Centre”. Broker
Owner, Mr. Ashraf Kamal, holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel
Management from the Faculty of Tourism and Hotel
Management, Helwan University. He has 15 years of
commercial experience in Xerox where he held many
positions in sales, marketing, finance and finally as the
Regional General Manager for Eastern, Central and Southern
Africa. He then, in 2001, created his own business where he,
for 17 years, specialized in sales, marketing, software
development, and real estate brokerage. Mr. Kamal plans on
opening his office in Zamalek by the middle of quarter one of
2019.
The best kind of trips are when we gather our valued RE/MAX
Broker Owners and their families together for a day of
unforgettable fun and great memories! This year we headed
to Fayoum where we explored its beauty and charm. We
visited Wadi El Hitan, enjoyed sand boarding at Magic Lake,
ate amazing traditional food, and hanged out with the best
of the best. This trip was like no other. From the laughs, the
smiles to the memories made, we can’t wait for next year’s
retreat!
For the purpose of handling large development projects
and corporate accounts, we are proud to announce that
we founded “RE/MAX Corporate”, headed by Mr. Hany El
Zeiny, Managing Director, and Ms. Alaa Ismail, Assistant
Managing Director.
RE/MAX Corporate exists to provide the necessary
requirements to achieve top level results with real estate
developers. All through the strength of RE/MAX’s fastest
growing crucial channels in Egypt; 550+ associates, 40
Franchisee-owned offices sold and 31 opened offices
present in six out of 27 governorates. RE/MAX Corporate’s
role expands to diverse responsibilities in this area which
will be announced soon.
Mr. El Zeiny, who holds a Bachelor of Arts from Ain Shams
University, has over 20 years of experience in the real
estate field, specifically in sales – in both residential and
commercial sectors. Working in local and multinational
companies over the years; with both developers and
brokerage firms - Emaar, Damac & Coldwell Banker- has
provided him with a very unique grasp of the market. He
decided to start his own firm in 2012 – Insight
Consultants – a consultancy firm that focuses on
designing and implementing tailor made solutions for
real estate developers and investors.
Born in Kuwait, Ms. Ismail moved back to Egypt and
graduated from Misr International University (MIU) in
2000 with a major in Economics and a minor in
Marketing. She has more than 15 years of experience in
corporate communications - internal & external,
reputation management, marketing, training &
instructing, customer support, and public relations. She
has also gained experience within the banking, IT, and
FMCGs sectors; locally and in the MENA region.
We are confident that RE/MAX Corporate will add a
significant value to our network and strongly positon our
brand in the market even further.
