Owner Mr. Raafat Metwaly has decided to be a part of the
world’s leading real estate brand and plans on opening his
office in Nasr City.
Mr. Raafat, who holds a PHD and a Bachelor’s Degree of
Science in Engineering, is a RE/MAX Broker at RE/MAX
Performance Realty Inc. in Mississauga, Canada. He is also
one of the Broker Owners of RE/MAX Performance in
Alexandria, Egypt. Throughout his career with RE/MAX, Mr.
Raafat has earned the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award in 2017, in
addition to the RE/MAX Platinum Club Award in 2016 and
the RE/MAX 100% Club Award which he received in both
2015 and 2014.

Franchise owners Mr. Islam Salama and Mr. Ahmed Samir join

Mrs. Rania, who graduated with a BA from the Faculty
of Alsun at Ein Shams University, has more than 25
years of professional experience in various sectors of
which 20 of those years were in tourism
management. She has also assisted in the startup
and management of companies in various parts of
the world. Her scope of work and responsibilities
include management, marketing, customer service,
international trade fairs, in addition to being
involved in finances and HR.
Mr. Shady Joseph graduated with a BA in Business
Administration and Marketing from the Arab
Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime. His
main background is in sales in which he has gained
his experience while working in the health insurance
and real estate sectors.

The latest franchise due to open in Sheikh Zayed is
“RE/MAX Insight”. Broker Owner, Mr. Alaa Mostafa has
decided to seize a life changing opportunity by signing a
franchise agreement with RE/MAX Egypt.

Mr. Islam graduated from the faculty of Business
Administration and Accounting from Beni-Suef University.
His main background is in the accounting sector where he
has gained several years of experience. Mr. Ahmed holds a
Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Cairo University. Once
he graduated he started off his career by founding several
companies that over the years have allowed him to gain
experience in marketing, sales, and customer service.
Mrs. Gehan graduated from Ein Shams University
with a BA from the Faculty of Arts. She has an
extensive background with 23 years of experience in
public relations, events, marketing communications,
retail and management. Mr. Fatek has more than 30
years of experience in various sectors namely sales,
hospitality, and management.
RE/MAX Property Network in
New Cairo
Also joining our growing network is “RE/MAX Property
Network”, owned by two entrepreneurial families,
Broker Owners Mrs. Gehan Sherif, Mr. Fatek Karam,
Mrs. Rania Grais, and Mr. Shady Joseph. Together, they
plan to open their RE/MAX office in New Cairo.
Mr. Alaa has held multiple Senior Executive level positions
in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. His broad
experience was largely in the U.S. with several years in the
Middle East and Europe. Additionally, he serves on several
companies’ Board of Directors. Mr. Alaa has earned an
MBA Degree, with honors, from Minneapolis, Minnesota,
USA, and has received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics
and Political Science from Cairo, Egypt.
