Was RE / MAX Almohager operating from within Marassi the entire summer?
Yes, we were operating from an office within Marassi the whole summer period because proximity is very important when renting out vacation property. And because it was a first of its kind arrangement, the developer, Emaar also provided plenty of marketing support, helping us reach their clients through mailing lists and their hotline.
What is the process for renting out property?
First we create a database of all the units available for rent, evaluate them, take photos, and put them on the market. We agree with the owner on the duration that they would like to rent their property and discuss prices.
We do all the advertising and tenant assessment and so it becomes a very easy process for the home owner who does not have to worry doing any meetings himself, negotiation or contract execution. We do everything from start to finish, including catering to the needs of whoever is renting the property and so neither party is ever involved in any problem. It is all handled by Remax Almohager. Even at the end of their stay, we ensure that the home is returned in tip top condition and refurbished for the next tenant.
