RE/MAX Egypt signed with Mr. Karim Dahi and Mr. Alaa Dahi to open RE/MAX's second office in
Egypt's coastal city of Alexandria. Karim Dahi, who has 10 years of experience in the banking
sector, joined forces with Alaa Dahi, who has over 20 years of experience in telecommunications, will open RE/MAX Tri Value in Roushdy, Alexandria, once the duo complete their training
at RE/MAX Egypt's head office.

RE/MAX PROFESSIONAL GROUP
Mr. Hani El Beshlawi, Mr. Tawfik Abdallah and Mr. Salah Mounir officially joined RE/MAX
Egypt's network this quarter with RE/MAX Professional Group. The real estate gurus, who
have worked side-by-side for years in MENA Touristic and Real Estate Investment Company,
have joined forces to open RE/MAX Professional Group office in Dokki, Giza.

RE/MAX DESTINATION
With over 17 years of experience working with real estate developers in the UAE and
Egypt, Civil Engineer Mr. Sherif Abdel Baset recently joined RE/MAX's Egypt network with
an office in Mohanddessin - RE/MAX Destination. Abdel Baset, who holds a MSc in
Construction Management and an MBA, is also PMP certified and a member of the Royal
Institute of the Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in the UK.

RE/MAX LEADERS

One of the latest additions to RE/MAX's growing team, Mr. Amr Yassin, Mr. Asim Yassin and
Mr. Hussein Elsheikh will open their new RE/MAX Leaders office in Nasr City at the end of
this year in one of the latest additions to RE/MAX's growing team. The partners have
combined their diverse qualifications in the engineering, business and pharmaceutical
industries with their entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills to launch their own
RE/MAX real estate company.
