previous phase. The physical interventions are
also interdependent on the short-term ones.

Also, it is important to establish occupants’ un-

to resolve the dialogue between the occupants

Based on the findings and recommendations of
the SWM study, it is recommended to establish
an NGO or enterprise for SWM mechanism.
