Overused and Underutilized Spaces
• Through observation, it is obvious that the
distribution of activities in both indoor and
outdoor spaces is uneven. This is evident in
the high occupancy of shops in the ground
floor level, whereas the first floor level has
a large percentage of vacancy. In addition,
there is a scarcity of parking spaces, where-
as the underground levels are not function-
ing as garages. Also, this mismanagement is
evident in the public space activities, which
are focused in some areas and absent in
others.
