• Article 159:
One union managing existing property or
residential group unions may be constituted
to coordinate the common areas between
such properties (gardens-parking-lots-fenc-
es-sunshades, etc..), considering the con-
tractual relations, if any.
8. Parking lots outside the street borders:
for inhabitants, employees or visitors at
housing units, hospitals, administrative of-
fices, commercial shops and workshops;
the specific area for each shall be calculated
upon the activity.

The minimum width of streets is determined as
following:
1. Cities: 6 meters for the roads inside the
existing urban areas where there are no
regulatory lines, and 10 meters for urban
extensions.
• Article 32:
The detailed plan of commercial areas shall
clarify – at least – the following elements:
1. Land uses.
2. Permitted building occupancies and their
classification.
3. The necessary requirements that shall be
met for each category of building occupan-
cy.
4. Building requirements in the commercial
area, which include built up and population
densities, building heights, built up area,
and the architectural characteristics of the
façades and width of sidewalks.
5. Car parking lots and loading/unloading
places.
6. Occupation of sidewalks including Kiosks
and open markets.
7. Street furniture elements of the site, par-
ticularly trees, lighting, sidewalks, fountains,
advertisements, etc.
