Q: When I try to set up my new My Web account I get an error message saying "Incorrect Email".
A: When setting up your account you need to use the same email address we have on file for you.
ATTACH ALL RECEIPTS
TO YOUR END OF SHIFT
Please remember to have all receipts attached to your end of shift when you come in to the office to cash.
Why? Because if a passenger disputes the fare we will have proof of purchase.
If we cannot provide a receipt the bank will recoup the money to refund the passenger and we will need to get the funds back from you.

The STATUS on your dockets must read UPLOADED for you to be paid. If the STATUS is CLOSED payment may be delayed. If you have a closed batch, try doing another end of shift until STATUS reads UPLOADED.
