New partnership
with London Mayor
will bring 2,600
affordable homes
Join us for our summer neighbourhood
days throughout July and August.
We’ll have lots for you to enjoy,
including a BBQ, bouncy castle,
face painting, arts and crafts and
games. Optivo staff will be on hand
to provide support and advice. We’ll
also have information about getting
online and details of a competition
to win a £200 shopping spree!
We’re really pleased to be working with Sadiq Khan,
the Mayor of London, to build 2,600 homes in the
capital. The new homes will be built by 2021.
Optivo’s partnership with the Mayor is part
of a larger investment programme by the
Greater London Authority (GLA) to deliver
nearly 50,000 affordable homes in London.
New housing is planned in all London boroughs.
