which is affiliated with Indraprastha Uni-
versity in New Delhi.
University of Lucknow
The University Of Lucknow is a govern-
ment-owned Indian research university
based in Lucknow. Its old campus is located
at Badshah Nagar, University Road area of
the city with a new campus at Jankipuram
and this University is also one of the oldest
government-owned institutions of higher
education which were founded in 1867.
Babu Banarasi Das University

Babu Banarasi Das University is also a pri-
vately owned university in Lucknow, Ut-
tar Pradesh, India established by Akhilesh
Das in 2010 and named after his father and
former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh,
Banarasi Das. The University was incept-
ed by an Act of State Legislature of Uttar
Pradesh as a State Private University.
