Live Love Sparkle : Be the Queen Woman's Day 2017 | Page 24

I have been very determined and clear about my work and people have accepted me. People are gradually accepting that gender really doesn’t matter, as long as the work is done perfectly.

I wouldn’t say that I have encountered lot of challenges being a woman, but yeah, I have dealt with numerous challenges as a professional and a learner improving myself daily at work.

My speciality is auto mobile industry photography. I loved this because there are much more challenges. I look at people whose works are brilliant. I keep improving my work in my own way. I don’t believe in competing or copying anyone, rather I like to explore myself and my work more.

Being an artist we observe what is happening around and adapt new technology and create something best, each time.

Tell us something about your family.

In my family there is my mom, dad and my younger brother. I come from a Gujarati business family where no one is from creative field. I learnt commercial part of running my photography and film making business from family. Business is in my blood. My parents have been extremely supportive. Today what I am is because of them. Not only mentally but physically too they were always with me.

During my early days, when I started off, I was just 21. My dad came with me at my shoots and helped me with everything, from managing the production to understanding the finances; even though he knew nothing about photography.

My mom made sure about my health so that I get the best energy to go out and work.
