Brookland is currently a hive of ac vity with the con nued refurbishment or full renova on of villas as they become available . Like the renova on shows on TV ( without all the drama ), we have seen great transforma ons making these like new homes very desirable . We are currently renova ng one unit at Samford which is available for reserva on and three villas ready to call home at Maleny . For details see the last page .
Life is never dull at Brookland with the Community Centre set for a major upgrade in 2017 with break out areas for all to enjoy . Air condi oned dining and Take 5 café areas being upgraded along with a separate Spa and Salon area . Finalisa on of plans are being completed with works projected to commence March 2017 .
Brookland once again supported the local Charity by residents dona ng toys , goods , food stuffs and everything that might be needed to make someone , maybe not as fortunate as we are , Christmas a li le special . Thank you to the residents who par cipated in filling the sled .
