Whether your destination is Palm Coast or the Reunion area in Central Florida, you’ll find there is quite an array of expedient options when it comes to planning your trip. Headed to Palm Coast? By Highway: Just 20 miles south of historic St. Augustine, Interstate 95 will drop you at our doorstep. If you prefer a more scenic route, take AIA and gently ease yourself into that perfect Florida state of mind. By Air: A number of airports service the Palm Coast area, with Daytona Beach having the nearest international airport at 35 miles distant. Effective January 2016, JetBlue offers new non-stop service from Daytona to New York’s JFK International. Local Flagler County Airport in Bunnell, just 12 miles from Palm Coast, can handily accommodate corporate jet and private aircraft traffic. Flagler also has a seaplane landing area as well as a helipad! Northeast Florida Regional Airport in St. Augustine, located 30 miles away, offers new non-stop service from Trenton, NJ via Frontier Airlines, and also caters to private and corporate aircraft. 51 miles away, New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport in Volusia County, 15 miles south of Daytona, is another alternative for business jet aircraft. Less than 100 miles distant, Orlando Sanford Intl., Jacksonville Intl., and Orlando Intl. airports all offer full service to visitors to the Palm Coast area. By Sea: For access by water, boaters can cruise the scenic Intracoastal Waterway, which runs for most of the length of the Eastern Seaboard, and can deposit you right at your own Palm Coast dock, or a slip at a convenient local marina. One of three segments of the Intracoastal, the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway extends from Key West, Florida, to Norfolk, Virginia, and is regularly utilized by recreational boaters as well as travelers arriving from the north. By Rail: Consider the convenience of having your car, van, motorcycle, SUV, small boat or jet-ski transported by Amtrak’s Auto Train non-stop from Lorton, VA (Washington, DC area) to Sanford, Florida. Just pack your car like a suitcase, hop on board a companion Amtrak passenger coach, sit back, and enjoy the comfortable ride! Headed to Reunion/Central Florida? By Highway: The Orlando area and Reunion can be accessed from Interstate 95, which connects with Interstate 4 in the vicinity of South Daytona Beach. After reaching Orlando, Reunion is located just 20 miles southeast off US Highway 192 West. Celebration and Lake Nona are also nearby. By Air: Orlando International Airport, situated 13 miles from the heart of Orlando, offers daily or frequent flights to many popular destinations in Europe and South America. Over a dozen Canadian cities are served non-stop. Other international destinations served from Orlando include Jamaica, the Bahamas, Mexico, Panama, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Brazil, and Dubai. Other Central Florida airport options are Orlando Sanford International located 26 miles from Orlando in Sanford; Daytona Beach International 53 miles distant; Orlando Melbourne International in Melbourne 70 miles away; and Tampa International just 90 miles away. Local airports offering business jet accommodation, and ranging from 4 to 56 miles distant include Orlando Executive Airport, Kissimmee Gateway Airport, Walt Disney World Airport, Leesburg International, Gilbert Airport in Winter Haven, and Merritt Island Airport. New Smyrna Beach Municipal Airport is located almost equidistant between Palm Coast and the Orlando area. By Rail: Amtrak’s Silver Service connects New York City to Miami, with stops in Jacksonville and Orlando. Services include Viewliner Sleeping accommodations, or Coach Class seating.
