The event professionalism was given 8.8/10 by participants and 9.5/10 by volunteers in the post-event surveys, indicating that Momentum Events acted well throughout the day and met the needs of the stakeholders. The event schedule was followed exactly, providing a professional and enjoyable race experience (Walker, 2017).
