Taking its cue from the traditional
neighborhoods of the past, Woodbury
connects five districts focused around
their own inviting squares and gardens.
Each district has its own architectural
flavor providing a smooth transition
from district to district and a refreshing
sense of place. Inside each district is a
diversity of neighborhoods encompassing
a mix of approximately 4,270 singlefamily attached and detached homes with
distinctive architectural styles ranging
from Cottage Style to Tuscan, Formal
