London is warm, and London is cold,

City of London

With old and new architecture mixed in.
Every day, you see tourists. Every day, you
See natives, frustrated or excited to see the
Foreigners exploring their homeland.
Between the cobblestone streets, small puddles
And plants sprout. The sky begins dark, then goes
To grey, to bright, to grey and back to dark again,
Behind the House of Parliament. But what a nice day
To have tea at Pret or talk about the nice weather!
English folk hurry during rush hour through the
Tourists to get to work or whatever they do,
Ignoring the beauty of the Buckingham Palace, or
The excitement of the child as she passes chocolatiers.
