SPRINGTIME Shall I compare thee to a spring flower? The soothing buzzing of the bumblebee Rain feeds the plants with a morning shower, Pollinating everything we see. Roses waiting to bloom are so little Spring arrives, they all begin to unfold, Soft and delicate petals are brittle All of the colors from fuchsia to gold. The flowers make the air smell so sweet Beautiful and pure, the call of the dove, Bluebirds, cardinals, and mocking birds tweet Radiant birds are the sign of great love Take a moment to open your eyes To view the glory that comes from the skies. - ASHLEY BALTER - 8TH AND JESSICA BALL - 8TH
