My Short and Long Term Goals
ESL 3 Raja E. Teacher: Christina Cammack
These are my short and long term goals. My first short term goal is speaking. I will practice my English with my husband and my friends. I will also check out books from the library and read them at home three days a week to improve my vocabulary. My second short term goal is listening. I will watch news or movies in English one to four days a week. I will also download the Duolingo app and practice fifteen minutes on it every five days. My long term goal is to finish my studies in Economics and Management. I will attend community college. In conclusion I will do my best and hope to achieve these goals.
Becoming a Successful Programmer

My goal is to become a successful programmer. First I must finish ESL completely. I’ ll start college and finish it to gain more knowledge about programming. I’ ll practice making small projects on my own. In addition I hope to find an excellent job at a successful company like Microsoft or Apple. Finally I’ ll get promoted to a senior position and become successful.

Hello. My name is Geovanni. I’ m from El Salvador. I’ m twenty six years old. I’ m married. I want to talk about my family. My family is very small. I have one brother and one sister. My brother is fourteen and talkative. My sister is married. She has straight black hair and brown eyes. My parents are special to me. My father is forty eight years old. He is tall. My mother is fifty six years old. My family is the best.
My Job

I’ m going to write about my job. I’ m a student. I study English at Carlos Rosario School. I study from Monday to Friday. I study twelve hours every week. I can write sentences in English, I can read in English.
