the Arts class is part of
the School’s Arts Integration
program. Through this class,
students learn using different
disciplines of visual and performing
arts such as drawing, painting,
dance, movement, music, theatre,
and storytelling, while reinforcing
writing, listening, and speaking

Arts integration is a very powerful
tool allowing students to discover
their sense of self within a safe
environment. It empowers their
voices by sharing their experiences
using their native languages and
the English skills learned in the
classroom.
