My two boys inspired me to follow my dream. Mena’s Boys Gourmet is a pickling and canning tradition, stapled in several households in Honduras, nowadays shared with the American public. This creation compliments and revitalizes any main dish or snack in social meetings as well. My pickling creation is made with natural and organic ingredients. by Ana Mejía I was born in Honduras and I am in ESL Level 6 at Sonia Gutierrez Campus. By taking the business workshops, Carlos Rosario School helped me take the steps to start my business. I registered my business, I am looking for a strategic space and learning more about the necessary licenses I need for my business. My business name is Orquidea Food Service. We prepare and serve food from Honduras and Central America, on the weekends. by Vilma Nunez My name is Miriam Perlacio. I am from Peru. I came to USA in 2003. Since I came to this country, I decided to invest in my education. I know that success comes from time, effort and decisions. So, I enrolled at Carlos Rosario School. Since that time, I studied many courses like English, Computer Literacy, Culinary Arts and Business. After I finished, I felt ready to start my own business. Right now, I am studying Hospitality Management and Tourism at UDC and also I am so proud to announce that I am the owner of Little Bites Catering. 49 by Miriam Perlacio
