ESL For Families
The ESL for Families Program provides classes to immigrant
parents looking to improve their parenting and life skills
through intensive English language instruction. The program
is designed to help parents from diverse backgrounds with
varying levels of English language fluency learn about their
children’s schools and about the U.S. educational system.
This program also helps parents become more effective
advocates for their children and for themselves, participate in
school activities, acquire skills and resources to support
children’s academic success, and become more active in their
communities.
