Here are a few study options as we prepare for Easter.

Seeds of Easter with Seeds Family Worship

Seeds Family Worship creates songs using the words of scripture. This short collection of songs will help you reflect on our Savior this season.

NUA: Easter

This short 3 session series is a great overview of the story of God's salvation. The message, told with humor and illustrations, is perfect for all ages. Each video is only 6 minutes long and a free study guide is available. This could be a great family activity this month.

The Easter Series (by Eyewitness Bible Series)

Take a new look at Easter as told by "eyewitnesses." Each session features characters who were present, telling the story from their point of view. What would it be like to hear from the shopkeeper whose donkey Jesus borrowed? This series offers a unique perspective and would be great for preteens through adults.

Easter Devotional

The resurrection is the most important moment in history, but it is more than an event we remember on Easter Sunday. Join pastor J.D. Greear as he takes a deeper look at Jesus’s life, death, and resurrection in the Gospel of Matthew, revealing the ways we should see ourselves in Jesus’s story.

Jesus died for us so that he could be alive in us today. Easter changes everything.

PREPARING FOR EASTER

World History 1 students were studying the Middle Ages and learned about the significance of chivalry. One of the most significant ways a knight in the Middle Ages told his history and lineage was through a shield. The students were challenged to create their own shield and describe what the specific colors, patterns, and depictions represented according to the time period. They certainly did a great job!
