Enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year has officially begun! Each year we reserve the first two weeks of the new enrollment season for only current CCS families (and any new children they might like to add). During this special re-enrollment period (March 1-14), current families are able to secure their students' seats before enrollment is opened to the public. (We have already begun receiving enrollment packets for new students, but we will not begin processing them until March 15.)

By fully re-enrolling your current students (and adding any new students in your family) by March 14, you are also able to qualify for the special, reduced re-enrollment fee (that increases on March 15 and then again on August 1).

Current families are able to re-enroll their students online by using the link provided in the re-enrollment email sent to them on March 1. Please be sure to use your login credentials for your Sycamore parent account. (Using your student's account will not work for re-enrolling; you must use your parent account credentials in order to access the admissions portal.)

If you would like to add another student from your family, please contact the school office at [email protected] or call 860-643-0792 to request a copy of the enrollment packet. Likewise, new families that would like to apply for the enrollment of their children will be provided with copies of the enrollment packet (either electronic copies or physical copies, per their preference).

Please note that each grade has a limited number of seats each year. A few of our grades often reach capacity and have required late enrollees to be placed on a waiting list. If you know you are planning to re-enroll your student, please be sure to do so by March 14. If your student's class fills after March 14, we will sadly have to place your student on a waiting list.

Our hope is that every student (except our seniors) will be with us again for the 2023-2024 school year!

THE LION'S ROAR

CONGRATULATIONS TO TWO CCS ALUMNI!

Jacob Snellenberger, Class of 2016

Congratulations and God's richest blessings to Jacob on his engagement to Gabi Oliveira. Jacob is both a Legacy Graduate and an Alpha & Omega Graduate from Cornerstone. He has since graduated from Cedarville University (Class of 2020) and is now working as a structural engineer for Electric Boat, right here in Nyantic, CT. Jacob is thankful for the biblical foundation that he received at Cornerstone. He has also expressed thanks for the Cornerstone community, referencing the role one particular CCS parent played in helping him decide to pursue mechanical engineering.

Dan and Dawn Snellenberger (former CCS parents, board member, and staff member) look forward to celebrating this couple at their September 2023 wedding.

Elizabeth Chenelle, Class of 2012

After graduating from Cornerstone, Elizabeth attended Liberty University where she graduated in 2017 with a degree in Elementary Education. During her time as an undergrad, Elizabeth was an accomplished member of the equestrian program, guiding the Hunt Seat riding team to a regular-season title in its first season competing in Region 4.

Thanks to her dedication, skill, and accomplishments, Elizabeth has been named as the first member of the equestrian program to be inducted to the Club Sports Hall of Fame at LIberty University! Elizabeth will be honored during an induction ceremony this April.
