Construction underway on Clima Uno’ s new factory in Dubai Investment Park
Clima Uno, a renowned brand of air handling units and fan coil units, held a ground breaking ceremony to mark the start of the construction of its new purpose-built facility in Dubai Investment Park.
Spanning over 100,000 sq. ft., the new factory will manufacture air handling units, fan coil units, energy recovery ventilators and ecology units of European grade to cater to the needs of local and regional HVAC contractors.
The opening of this new facility is expected to increase the company’ s production capacity by four times. The project can accommodate a future expansion across an additional 100,000 square feet, if required, and is slated for completion in the fourth quarter of 2017.
