In 1975, he married his high school sweetheart
and life-long love, Sue Reynoldson. In 1976, Rick
and Sue moved to Fort Rock, OR where they began
their family farm. Rick’s funny, passionate and
spit-fire personality helped him quickly become
part of the community and a friend to everyone.
With the same spirit, he built his family of one son,
Danny, and two daughters, Anna and Grace. Later
in life, he welcomed six wonderful grandkids. Rick
and his grandkids shared an inherited love for
life, and in that way, a piece of him will live on.
Rick truly carried the heart of a farmer
throughout his life and is remembered for
his beautiful alfalfa farm, creative mechanical
solutions, and love for off-season vacations
with his loving wife. It is difficult to forget a
man like Rick Warmington, and those who
were lucky enough to know him, never will.
Rick is survived by his wife Sue Warmington, son
Danny Warmington, daughter and son-in-law Anna
and Jared Kerr, daughter and son-in-law Grace
and Matt Haskins, grandchildren Tanner Kerr, Tate
Haskins, Devin Kerr, Ember Haskins, Jack Kerr, step
granddaughter Kira Thomas, sister and brother-
in-law Elaine and Wally Rutledge, and brother and
sister-in-law Jeff and Susan Warmington. LT
We look forward to seeing you in West Monroe!
