Why Advertise in the
Herd Reference Issue?

When advertising in today’s
society, your marketing plan
has to cover a wide range of
generations by utilizing many
different media outlets. The
baby boomer generation
is going to want to read
everything off of print, whether
that is a magazine or the daily
newspaper, many are not
acclimated to the computer
technology that we have
today. Generation X is going to
hit both the digital and print
platforms, you will have some
that will still only read the print
advertising but may be looking
over the digital as well. On the
other end of the advertising
spectrum, to get the Millennials
attention, you have to have
some kind of digital advertising.
The North American Limousin
Foundation is progressing with
the technology but realizes that
print is still a valuable asset to
us and the breeders that we

serve. By having the magazine
online, we can get your ads
into the hands of the older
generation and also the up and
coming generation of breeders.
The biggest issue of LIMOUSIN
TODAY is the June/July Herd
Reference Issue. This is the issue
that you get your operation
name in the magazine, as
well as in the Blue Book that
comes out with it. This year,
not only will the issue be on
many coffee tables around the
world, but it will be available
to anyone digitally on NALF.
org. This means that your cattle
operation information will be in
three different places that can
be viewed by potential buyers!

ten time, you can receive
