Junior Perspective
Washington, was one of the first
to greet me when I walked into
the barn at the Western Regional
Junior Show in Klamath Falls,
Oregon. If it weren’t for their
kind faces and constant
awareness of my Kentucky
accent I would not have found
new friends west of the Rocky
Mountains. The Cornerpost
fund made it possible for me
to reach new heights within
NALJA and get out of my
southeastern comfort zone.
