Excellence can be found in every element of Fuchs Limousin .
A stack of old papers rests on a desk . The papers are weathered with age and hold smudged fingerprints on the corners from how often they ’ ve been handled , yet the information on each sheet is still pristine and accurate .
Gary Fuchs fondly recalls the record keeping practices of his grandfather who started Fuchs Limousin in 1970 . The herd of cattle has changed with time , but Fuchs said his grandfather was devoted to the upkeep of the operation .
