Garden Bench (verse 1) by Jenny Holzer
8
Let me tell you about a long bench tucked in a corner of the garden. It is by Jenny Holzer and made of Istrian stone into which she carved a poem in six verses… you dare not sit on it for it tells a tragic story. (To see the full poem click here.)
Making our way to the indoor exhibition space, we enter the Hannelore B and Rudolph B Schulhof Collection which houses numerous paintings and some smaller sculptures.
Finally, we enter the Palazzo. The Museum is not large and has a wide waterside terrace. However every inch of room and wall space displayed the immense Collection.
