Spotlight Greg Knight 1st Equity Title & Closing Services • PinkTie.org 516-353-1135 “We Create Our Tomorrow by What We Dream Today” At the age of eleven I had my first glimpse at the art of trade. It all began with a skateboard that I received as a birthday gift. I traded my skateboard for a bicycle, my bicycle for a moped, my moped for a dirt bike and my dirt bike for a Classic 1970 convertible VW Bug. Having done this before the age of 15, with no money exchanged, I quickly realized that you can do anything you set your mind to. Around the same time I got my first convertible, I also became involved with my first charity. Walking door to door to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis felt good because I was doing my part to give back to the community. Later I went on to become a landlord after buying real estate with no money down and before the age of 30, owned and operated an office of a financial company with close to 20 employees. I am a big believer that all things happen for a reason and timing is everything. I am grateful for my current opportunity to work as a commercial and residential title insurance agent for 1st Equity Title & Closing Services. I am also honored to have been asked to sit on the board of PinkTie.org, a long island breast cancer foundation. Due to my family having been personally affected by breast cancer it is an issue that I hold close to my heart. It brings me happiness to know that my networking skills acquired through many difficult life experiences can now be used to their full potential as I help gain awareness of PinkTie.org in order to help raise money for breast cancer. Greg Knight - Synonymous with Motivation, Growth, Change, Ingenuity, Persistence, Dedication, Patience and Compassion. Business ingenuity mixed with tithing define who I am today. I am honored to be a part of 1st Equity Title & Closing Services, to sit on the board of PinkTie.org and for the opportunity to work with Network USA. Thanks to all who took the time to read this. 44 LIME Magazine
