Share the Love
Hello everyone, and thank you for journeying into my September
Newsletter. As many of you already know, September is a difficult
month for my family and me, as it marks the anniversary of the
death of my beautiful son Jack.
Life is too short, and it’s only when our loved ones are gone do we
realise that we didn’t tell them nearly enough how much we loved
them. I’m going to give you some simple steps that will allow you
to send love telepathically, to those dearest to you.
STEP ONE
Find a quiet and comfortable area where you can relax in a
meditative state. You can choose to lie down or sit up, whichever
makes you the most relaxed.
STEP TWO
Take deep breathes, inhaling for 4 seconds, and then exhaling for
4 seconds. You should repeat this several times until you achieve a
harmonized state of mind and begin to feel at peace.
STEP THREE
Close your eyes and start to focus on the person you wish to
send love to; imagine their physical being stood in front of you.
Concentrate only on the love that you feel for this person and rid
your energy of any negative feelings.
STEP FOUR
Draw all of the love from your body to the deepest pocket of your
heart, and allow this love to generate and grow.
STEP FIVE
Now, imagine a cord that
tethers you to your loved one,
starting from your heart and
ending at your loved ones third
eye. Envision this cord and
make it real in your mind.
STEP SIX
Allow the energy you have
generated to travel along the
cord to your loved one. If you
encounter any blockages along
the way, let your love overcome
these, and continue smoothly to the
receiver.
STEP SEVEN
Continue sending your love for at least
10 minutes, ensuring that all of your
energy is transferred through the cord.
Your receiver will feel happier, with a
warmth around them that is the love
you’ve sent.
So this month folks, I’d like you all to
give this a try, or failing that, tell those
you love that you love them. Tell them
that you love them to the moon and
back, and tell them regularly, every day. I
will be sending so much love to my little
Jack in the stars, as well as everyone
else that is dear to my heart.
Life is too short. Share the love.
