n February 13, Morningside Min-
istries was pleased to welcome
Patrick “Pat” Crump, the organization’s
new President and CEO.
Pat joins Morningside Ministries with
20 years of experience in aging services.
He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Business Administration and a Master
of Science Degree in Gerontology from
Baylor University.
Pat is married to Jeana Elliott Crump
and they have three children: Grayson,
Greer and Caroline. In his free time Pat
enjoys running marathons, snow skiing,
mountain biking and attending Baylor
sporting events. Pat looks forward to
being a part of Morningside Ministries’
faith-based mission and working with
its Board of Directors, which supports
efforts to serve older adults. He is com-
mitted to being part of an organization
which takes seriously its stewardship of
resources, both financial and human.

Patrick Crump is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Morningside Ministries. He is responsible for the operations of Morning-
side Ministries’ three senior living campuses which offer retirement and assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation
in San Antonio and Boerne . He provides leadership and guidance for Morningside Ministries and works to advance its mission and
purpose to provide a caring community for older adults.
