16 Food Chocolate Muffins Ingredients 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 cup all purpose flour 6 tablespoons cocoa powder 2 teaspoons baking powder pinch of salt 2/3 cup milk - 2 % works fine 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract 1/2 cup plus 3 tablespoons unsalted butter melted 4 oz milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips Russian Salad Add flour and mix in 3 alternate batches mixing just until combined STIR in melted butter and chocolate chips with ice cream scoop, fill muffin cups 2/3 full with batter LET COOL 5 minutes in pan then 3-4 medium sized pickled cucumbers 400 g ham 500 g cooked carrots 300 g cooked peas 3 medium potatoes, cooked 1 tsp mustard at least 250 g mayonnaise, but probably more ;) 1 tsp vinegar salt and pepper to taste Procedure Note: The vegetables should be cooked PREHEAT oven to 325F Line Muffin Tin with 12 paper liners in the bowl of stand mixer fitted with paddle attachment, cream eggs and sugar for 3 minutes on MED speed in separate medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in small bowl, combine milk and vanilla extract BAKE 30 minutes - toothpick inserted in center should come out c l e a n Ingredients Dice pickles, ham, carrot and potatoes and then add the rest of the ingredients. Taste and adjust to taste. You’ll probably need more mayo . Procedure separately. Salad will be much better if you ask me. Also, it is best if you cut everything to be about the same size as peas.
