The Life Rollercoaster.

by Janie Lin

L ife is a roller coaster of health and wellness! What do you do to keep your body at its best so that when you have a dip in the track you can recover quickly? Eating a clean diet is important but many find it unrealistic. Working out 3-7 days a week is optimal butttt let’ s get real! Life happens, stress, jobs, family, kids, health issues … they all take a toll! We

You have to show up to grow!
Time management has also helped me move in the right direction. Each Sunday I make sure my paper planner is scheduled for the week. I mark out the times I am making phone calls, checking email, doing social media, meeting with people and also my personal obligations. I then circle some ideal times for setting up last minute appointments so they are easy to find in a pinch. It makes it much easier to say“ Would Thursday at noon or Friday at 3 work?”
I fell on black ice a few years back breaking my ankle and some vertebra and my life was in a downward flow. I was invited to learn about dōTERRA Essential Oils and
