This is a picture of the National Weather Service in La Crosse, WIsconsin. I went here for my job shadow and it was a very interesting place to visit. I learned a lot while I was there.
This is a picture of the word friends. This picture represents how I was able to make new friends this year at North Fayette Valley.
This is a picture of the Iwo Jima Memorial that was in Washington, D.C. Seeing this memorial was one of the highlights of my trip. It was a very unique memorial and just to see it in person was amazing. Iwo Jima was an important battle in World War II. The memorial represents all the marines that had given their lives in battle.
This is a picture of the Lincoln Memorial that was in Washinton, D.C. I loved seeing this memorial, it was another highlight of my trip. Seeing it in person is truly remarkable. President Lincoln was one of the greatest presidents of all time. Seeing his memorial was even more amazing then just seeing pictures of it online. I didn't realize how huge the statue of President Lincoln would be!
