TJs Pizza
TJs is in the scenic town of Clermont and the turkey river runs through the edge of the town. There is also a campground down there along the river if you like camping. The restaurant is down the highway that comes into town of Clermont and has a sign that says TJs pizza on it. It is a nice place with a nice location. It’s not a high-class eatery but it’s a toss up between my two favorite places to eat pizza and the other is pizza hut.
When we got there you just seat yourself and wait to be waited on or you can call in and pick it up or eat it there. The table gets set after you order and then you can get your beverages. When you get the pizza sometimes it is the best you’ve ever had or it could be under cooked it depends. But this time it was made great not the best that I have had there but it was still good we get the same kind every time. Pepperoni, Canadian bacon, and light souse and the TJs special. The pepperoni and Canadian bacon was great the cheese was golden brown and the crust was great. The people inside the restaurant are usually always in a good mood it is a good place to go with your family. The staff is always nice and friendly and check on you every once and a while. If you go right around six pm it is usually pretty busy and takes a little longer for pizza to get done and sometimes then your pizza gets a little under cooked. But all around I love to go to this restaurant.
If you are looking for good pizza and friendly staff you should go to TJs downtown Clermont Iowa and order what you want they have a menu at every table and there are a couple arcade games that your kids can play.
