We received the bills for this site and upon conducting our audit we noticed that your Notified Maximum Demand (NDM) is higher than what the hospital uses We suggested that you decrease your NMD from uses. 500 kVA to 300 kVA. The proposed saving potential is in the region of ±R30, 000.00 per annum.

Suggested Action: Upon conducting the site visit at the hospital, the Hospital manager informed the Account Executive that the suggestion of decreasing the NMD is not viable. The hospital is planning to build a laundry room and they will need the extra supply that they are currently using.
