Spotlight on LFCC’s Youth
by Dr. Monica Greene-Smalls
On Sunday, August 2, 2015, The LFCC Scholarship Committee hosted their Third Annual
Scholarship Luncheon to honor the LFCC graduates of 2015. The Scholarship Committee is
committed to stressing the importance of student achievement in order to prepare the LFCC
youth for various post-secondary educational opportunities that will support their goals. The
LFCC family was blessed to honor three 2015 high school graduates: Elijah Minter, Delvonta
Plummer, and Julian Thompson. Brother Joseph Stallings provided an inspirational keynote
address, which ministered to the young men as they enter into this next phase of life.
