aspect is the rentability of the property
or the value of the attached lease
agreement. In Mauritius, investing
in commercial real-estate can yield
attractive gross returns of up to 9%
but unlike residential property, this
should not be an emotional purchase.

the property can produce and the
costs associated to own the property.

diligence to ensure you are paying a
market related price, that the unit is
easily rentable and that the yield is
reasonable.
