Who is at Greatest Risk?
You are at greater risk if you or your colleagues fall into any of
these categories:
?ill or recovering from an illness
?Pregnant or have given birth in the last 6 months
?Cold, tired or hungry (adds extra stress to the muscles)
?Overweight and/or unfit
?Inexperience/ untrained
?Young; under the age of 18
