Collapsed Casualty on Toilet
This is covered over pages 32 - 35

As shown in picture 1 and 2, use a pen or other to slide the lock
and open the bathroom door.

Then lift the bathroom door upwards with your hands and foot and
remove the door.

Picture 3 & 4 - a handler has stepped to the back of the casualty
and supports the casualty to turn, while another handler places one
end of the banana board under the casualty and the other end onto
the Evac Chair.

The handlers ensure that the casualty is safe at all times.
